Will Team Arrow Be Getting A New Lair In Season 6?

“Arrow” season 5 saw the show come full circle, and for most of the season Oliver Queen was tormented by his enemy Adrian Chase. As Adrian Chase was making moves toward his endgame, he set off an EMP that did some serious damage to the Arrow bunker and trapped Felicity and Oliver inside.

Oliver and Felicity eventually made it out, but the damage was done. Team Arrow has had to move their lair in the past, and many fans have been wondering if we will see a new lair in season 6.

The most recent Team Arrow lair was introduced in season 4, and showrunner Wendy Mericle recently told EW that despite the damage inflicted by Adrian Chase, it will be intact when the show returns.

“There’s always going to be some fallout, but I’d say by the time we see them in the premiere, it’s intact, but for how long is a really good question.”

Wendy seems to be teasing that someone else will be doing some serious damage to the Arrow lair, and even though it will be intact when the show returns, the number of people who know where the not so secret lair is seems to growing much quicker than Team Arrow would like it to.

We’ll have to wait and see what happens, but it definitely sounds like it might be time for Team Arrow to start thinking about moving to a new location.

“Arrow” will return on Thursday, October 12.

After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the North China Sea. He returned home to Star City, bent on righting the wrongs done by his family and fighting injustice.

As the Green Arrow, he protects his city with the help of former soldier John Diggle (David Ramsey), computer-science expert Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards), his vigilante-trained sister Thea Queen (Willa Holland), Deputy Mayor Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne), brilliant inventor Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum), and his new recruits, street-savvy Rene Ramirez (Rick Gonzalez) and meta-human Dinah Drake (Juliana Harkavy).

Oliver has finally solidified and strengthened his crime-fighting team only to have it threatened when unexpected enemies from his past return to Star City, forcing Oliver to rethink his relationship with each member of his “family”.
