Spider-Man’s Appearance In Captain America: Civil War Is Now Confirmed

The Hollywood Reporter has a really excellent interview up with Marvel’s Kevin Feige where he talks about the upcoming Marvel films, thei deal with Sony and more. In the article it was mentioned that Tom Holland has been shipped off to film some scenes for “Captain America: Civil War.”

“Holland will report immediately to the set of the currently shooting Captain America: Civil War, which Marvel has scheduled for a May 6, 2016, release and in which the newest Spider-Man will make his first onscreen appearance,” Gregg Kilday wrote in an article that featured his interview with Kevin Feige.

It’s worth noting however that Variety recently reported that Spider-Man may only have a cameo in the film.

“Spider-Man is only expected to have a cameo in “Captain America: Civil War,” so there wasn’t a rush to make a decision since the thesp would only be shooting for about a week,”

Although the length of Spider-Man’s appearance could obviously change and Marvel could add more scenes involving the wall crawler. One way or another, we’ll see Spider-Man make his MCU debut when “Captain America: Civil War” opens May 6 2016.
