After months of speculation and rumors, the rumors were finally put to rest last week when it was revealed that Josh Brolin will be playing Cable in “Deadpool 2.” Josh Brolin is certainly no stranger to Marvel films, as he’s also the man who plays Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

It looks like Josh Brolin will be pulling double duty for a while, but he seems more than up for the task. Brolin is already getting busy as he prepares to become Cable, and he recently shared a few behind the scenes photos showing off the process he needs to go through in order to become the character.
As you can see below, it doesn’t look pretty.
It’s likely that the prosthetic mold will be used to create the scar on Cable’s face, but either way, it’s a good thing Josh Brolin is a patient man, because this looks like it was a rough process.
