Stephen Amell Says ‘Sure!’ To A Possible Arrow/Supergirl Crossover

For months it was rumored that Grant Gustin would be making an appearance as “The Flash” on “Supergirl.” Well a few weeks ago it was finally confirmed. The Flash will be heading over to “Supergirl” for the March 28 episode titled “Worlds Finest.”

The Flash and the Green Arrow exist in the same universe. It has yet to be revealed exactly how Supergirl fits into the picture. Many fans have speculated that The Flash will be traveling to another Earth when he meets up with Supergirl. But regardless of how it happens, The Flash is going to meet Supergirl.

So if The Flash is going to make an appearance on “Supergirl” and the Green Arrow exists in the same universe as The Flash, does that mean the Green Arrow could appear on “Supergirl” too? One would think that if The Flash can do it, the Green Arrow should be able to do it too.

IGN recently spoke to Stephen Amell about possibly making an appearance as the Green Arrow on “Supergirl” and Amell seemed very open to the idea.

“Sure! In this iteration of the DC Universe, the “Television Universe” as it were, I’m the guy that’s been around the longest, so I always feel — whether I’m on a show or I’m not on a show — I always feel as though I can in some way, shape or form represent them, and I always want them to be wildly successful and last for many more years than we end up lasting, because I just want to see people have success. So I would love to go over to Supergirl. That would be a blast, if for no other reason than I miss shooting in Los Angeles. [Laughs]” Amell said.
