There are a lot of rumors going around about Hugh Jackman’s final Wolverine film. Two of the biggest rumors are that Charles Xavier will appear in the film and that it will be based on Old Man Logan. Patrick Stewart went right ahead and recently confirmed that Professor X is in the film during a recent interview.
“I think what you say is true. There is a project in development. I understand that Professor Xavier will be making more than an appearance, however, and that intrigues me.” Stewart said to Collider.
Stewart also talked a little bit about the story being based on Old Man Logan.
“And the idea of an old Wolverine. I’m really looking forward to Hugh Jackman getting old. You know, damn him. He looks so great! So I’m hoping to see him covered in prosthetics, you know? And then he’ll make me look better if that’s the case.” He added.
