We’re only a few weeks away from the highly anticipated four way “Arrowverse” crossover, and this year the heroes are set to face their evil doppelgangers in “Crisis On Earth-X.”

Last year the heroes of the “Arrowverse” took on the Dominators in the epic “Invasion!” crossover, and each episode of the crossover was a little different. “The Flash” felt like “The Flash” and since the 100th episode of “Arrow” happened to fall in the middle of the crossover, the episode played out like a love letter to the series.

However, things are going to be different this year, as all of the shows will blend together to create one epic event, and executive producer Andrew Kreisberg recently told Entertainment Tonight that it will play out like a four-hour movie.

“Last season, it very much felt like, an episode of The Flash, and then it was definitely an episode of Arrow, and then it was definitely an episode of Legends,” he noted. “This time around, you won’t know what show it is, [based on] what episode it is. There’s a beginning to the story and then there’s an end to the story, and it covers the four hours. For that, we’re really proud. It’s huge, it’s the biggest thing we’ve ever done.”

Fans can expect from big things from the upcoming crossover, as it will be based around the West-Allen wedding, and it’s also rumored that we could be seeing another wedding as well.

Furthermore, “Arrowverse” fan favorite Captain Cold will also be making his return, and it’s likely that there will be a few interesting twists and turns along the way.
