“Gotham” returned for its second season Monday night and it returned with a bang. Jim Gordon has been reinstated thanks to The Penguin but he’s going to have his work cut out for him.
“Gotham” season 2 has been promoted as the “Rise of the Villains” and it looks like the bad guys are taking over the city this season. A new red band trailer highlights all of the insanity.
