Fans of The Walking Dead are getting some good news today as it’s been confirmed that the finale for season 5 will be extended to 90 minutes.
The finale airs on March 29th and Dalton Ross of Entertainment Weekly confirmed the extension via Twitter earlier today.

Although details regarding the plot of the episode are being kept under wraps at the moment, the extended run time certainly implies that something big is going to be happening during the episode.
