After two years of anticipation, we’re only weeks away from the next installment in the Star Wars saga titled “The Last Jedi.” The film will continue to the new trilogy that was kicked off in “The Force Awakens” and it looks like the runtime has been confirmed. According to John Hoey of StarWarsNews.net, director Rian Johnson confirmed at a recent press conference that “The Last Jedi” will be 150 minutes long.
Rian Johnson has just confirmed this rumor (although it was pretty concrete at the time) that the running time for #TheLastJedi will be 150 minutes, officially making it the longest Star Wars movie ever. https://t.co/q1VpOItzsw

What does that mean in the grand scheme of things? What it means is that “The Last Jedi” will be the longest Star Wars movie to date.
At 150 minutes the film leads ahead of “Attack of the Clones” at 142 minutes, and “Revenge of the Sith” at 140 minutes.
“The Last Jedi” has a lot of questions to answer following “The Force Awakens” and although it’s been confirmed that not all of the questions will be answered, there’s a very good chance that “The Last Jedi” is going to be an enjoyable experience for fans.
“Star Wars: The Last Jedi” opens in theaters on December 15.
