This week’s episode of “The Flash” was pure insanity. In the episode which was titled “Flash Back” Barry traveled back in time to the events of season 1 to get advice from Eobard Thawne on how to make himself faster. Everything got weird for a while, but in the end Barry was able to finish an equation that will help him become faster which in the end will help him defeat Zoom.
“The Flash” is unfortunately taking another break, but it will return on April 19 with an episode that appears to be titled “Versus Zoom.” The episode will see Barry facing off against Zoom for the first time since he discovered who’s under the mask. The CW has released a new preview for the episode and it’s intense.
The preview digs deeper into Zoom’s real identity and things get dark. Team Flash discovers that the man they knew as Jay Garrick is actually a convicted serial killer named Hunter Zolomon. We see clips of Zoom’s origins and a scene featuring Hunter Zolomon in an electric chair. The trailer then shows clips of a showdown between The Flash and Zoom, and Barry seems confident that he will beat his enemy.
