It’s been quite the ride for Arrow season 3 and it looks like the later section of the season is ready to go out with a bang. On Wednesday we will see Oliver Queen have to fight off multiple threats such as criminals, Ra’s Al Ghul and the Startling City Police in “Public Enemy.”
Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim is promising that “After this episode, the show will literally never be the same.”
