Bryan Singer has been talking about the “Rogue Cut” for “X-Men: Days of Future Past” since before the release of the film. No official date has been set for the release of the extended edition but it has been confirmed that it will come out this summer.
This version features and alternate opening and according to Bryan Singer, 17 minutes worth of additional footage. The biggest change to the film obviously is that it features Rogue who was noticeable absent from the version of the film that hit theaters last year.
