Marvel has added another member to the “Spider-Man: Homecoming” cast as Martin Starr has joined the film according to Deadline. Starr is best known for his comedy work in shows such as “Silicon Valley” and “Party Down” and movies such as “Knocked Up” and “Adventureland.” As of right now it’s not known who he will play.
The Hollywood Reporter is also reporting that Logan Marshall-Green is in talks to play a villain in the film. According to the report he would be an evildoer that swings in alongside Michael Keaton’s Vulture.
The cast is filling in as both Donald Glover and Michael Barbieri joined the film in mystery roles recently. Tom Holland will be in the lead as Spider-Man along with Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, and Robert Downey Jr. will appear in the film as Tony Stark.
“Spider-Man: Homecoming” is set to be released on July 7, 2017.
