Jason Statham recently had some no so complimentary things to say about Marvel movies. One day after a rumor broke saying Statham was in the running to be cast as Bullseye in “Daredevil” Statham said the following:
“I could take my grandma and put her in a cape, and they’ll put her on a green screen and they’ll have stunt doubles come in and do all the action. Anybody can do it. They’re relying on stunt doubles, and green screen, and $200 million budgets, it’s all CGI created. To me, it’s not authentic.” Statham told Italian website i400calci.
Vulture recently caught up with Mark Ruffalo who plays the Hulk in the MCU and they asked him if thought he was tougher than Statham.
“I mean, do you really need to ask that question? It’s Jason Statham. He’s like a featherweight. He’s got nothing on me! Clearly.” Mark Ruffalo joked.
All jokes aside, it doesn’t look like we’ll be seeing Ruffalo’s Hulk go toe to toe with Bullseye played by Jason Statham on either the big or small screen.
