Halloween is here, and people all around the world are getting into the holiday by showing off some of their awesome costumes. Halloween is perfect for anyone who wants to pay tribute to their favorite superhero by dressing up just like them, and that’s exactly what one New York City man did.
Jesse Wellens transformed himself into Silver Surfer with a little help from makeup artist Alexys Fleming, and the results were impressive to say the least.
After covering himself in body paint, Jesse hit the streets of NYC on his chrome plated surfboard and put on a show. Jesse turned heads all around the city, and even the NYPD stopped to film a video of him in action.
