Things are looking a little different this season on “The Flash” thanks to Barry Allen. Barry changed the timeline, and now he’s dealing with the consequences of his actions. One of the consequences he’s had to deal with is Dr. Alchemy. After Barry created the “Flashpoint” universe and the destroyed it, Dr. Alchemy started helping people in the current timeline access powers they had in the “Flashpoint” timeline.

So far Dr. Alchemy’s identity has been a mystery, but luckily we won’t have to wait an entire season to find out who’s under the mask. Previously “The Flash” kept fans guessing almost until the end of seasons 1 and 2 in regards to the identities of Reverse-Flash and Zoom. However, Greg Berlanti recently spoke to EW, and he revealed that in the midseason finale of “The Flash” Alchemy will be revealed.
“You’ll find out who Alchemy is,” Berlanti told EW in reference to the midseason finale.
Dr. Alchemy is far from the only villain to be involved with “The Flash” season 3. Fans are still awaiting the arrival of Savitar, and his arrival is coming sooner rather than later.
“People will have seen him before the crossovers,” Greg Berlanti revealed. “He appears in episodes 6 and 7.”
“The Flash” airs Tuesday nights on the CW.
