The Flash To Appear On Arrow Next Week, New Details About Gorilla Grodd’s Return

In December the CW unleashed their massive four part crossover which brought all of the heroes of the “Arrowverse” together, and Supergirl, to fight the Dominators. The heroes saved the Earth, and it looks like we’ll be getting another crossover very soon, just not on that scale. Executive producer Marc Guggenheim recently shared a photo revealing that The Flash will appear on “Arrow” next week for the “faster crossover” they’ve ever done.

Judging from the picture and the caption it doesn’t look like we should be expecting any long, drawn out dialogue between Oliver Queen and Barry Allen.

As we already know, Oliver Queen will have his hands full next week on “Arrow” when Team Arrow travels to Hub City to recruit a new Black Canary.

Barry Allen will also have his hands full in the coming weeks, as Team Flash will be making their way to Gorilla City for a two part story arc. Gorilla Grodd has always been a formidable foe for Team Flash, and it sounds like he’s going to be even more dangerous when the team meets up with him on his turf.

“The team will go to Gorilla City,” executive producer Aaron Helbing revealed to EW. “We’ll see where Grodd was sent. We’ll see his standing amongst the other gorillas. There are some sequences in the two episodes that are unbelievable. They’re epic and unbelievable in scale and scope. I’ve never seen anything like it on television.”

“The Flash” will return Tuesday night with “Dead or Alive.”
