Things are certainly heating up on Arrow. After turning down the offer to become the next Ra’s Al Ghul, Ra’s has been using Arrow impostors to turn Starling City against Oliver Queen. Now he’s become the target of a manhunt and The Arrow is no longer fighting criminals as in next week’s episode he’s going to have to fight off the police as well.
