Connor Hawke Will Appear In DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow

Earlier in the week it was reported by TV Line that the CW was looking to cast an African-American or biracial male who “decides to put on the uniform of a missing hero who once stood for justice and hope” for DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow.” The quote got a lot of people talking and now it looks like we have out answer as to who it is.

Comicbook.com dug a little deeper, reached out to Warner Bros. and Warner Bros. reportedly confirmed to them that the character is none other than Connor Hawke. Warner Bros. declined to provide further information other than confirming that this iteration of Connor will not be the son of Oliver Queen and Sandra Hawke. It’s been confirmed that Oliver does have a son in the Arrowverse as Oliver’s mother Moira Queen paid off the mother to keep it quiet and Oliver later bumped into the unknown mother in Central City.

In the comics Connor Hawke is an archer and martial artist that takes up the mantle of his father Oliver Queen when it was believed that Oliver was dead at one point.

DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” will be premiering on the CW sometime in early 2016.
