The DC vs. Marvel debate will rage on for all eternity. Both companies offer something unique when it comes to the world of comic book entertainment but they will forever be compared to each other. When Entertainment Weekly asked Ben Affleck what the difference is between DC films and Marvel films, he had the following to say:
“The worlds of DC are very different. They’re steeped in realism, and they’re a little bit edgier than Marvel’s movies. It is more mythic, it is more grand in that way, and it is a little more realistic. Just by their nature, these films can’t be as funny or as quick or as glib as Marvel movies.” Affleck told EW.
