Tonight’s episode of “Arrow” will be Olicity-centric, and it’s set to focus on Oliver and Felicity as they try to find a way out of the bunker. Adrian Chase trapped them inside using an EMP, and the CW has released a new clip from “Underneath” showing Oliver and Felicity coming to as they realize what happened.
