Marvel Studios has come a long with since launching their cinematic universe with “Iron Man” in 2008. Over the past 8 years Marvel Studios have created 12 films with another 11 on the way. The next film set to be released from the MCU is “Captain America: Civil War” and Anthony Mackie thinks it’s the best Marvel film yet.
Mackie recently spoke to IGN about his new film Triple 9 but that wasn’t all he talked about. He also gave his thoughts on where “Captain America: Civil War” ranks among the Marvel films that have been released so far and you can see what he had to say below.
“It’ll be very different because… I feel the best Marvel movies thus far have been Winter Soldier and Iron Man” he explained. “And I think this movie far surpasses those two movies. I think the Russo brothers and Marvel have done a very good job with upping the ante every movie. And this one definitely does not fail to live up to that.” Mackie said.
We’ll all be able to see if the movie lives up to the hype when it hits theaters on May 6, 2016.
