For months now the CW has been promoting the arrival of “Supergirl” and the network has also been hyping up the arrival of Superman.
Tyler Hoechlin will be playing the Man of Steel in season 2, and so far fans have seen photos of Tyler Hoechlin as Superman and Clark Kent, but everyone’s been dying to see some solid video of Superman in action.
Various video clips from the “Supergirl” set have surfaced over the past few months, but those clips lacked the special effects that really make Superman look like Superman. Now the CW has released a new trailer promoting “Supergirl” season 2, and it gives viewers a good look at Superman as he flies over National City.

In Season Two, Kara has left the safety of being Cat Grant’s assistant in order to figure out what she really wants to do, while as Supergirl she continues to work at the DEO., protecting the citizens of National City and searching for Jeremiah and Cadmus. Along the way, she will team up with Superman (Tyler Hoechlin) to battle new villains, as she strives to balance her personal life with her life as a superhero.
