It’s official, CBS has ordered “Supergirl” to series. The show stars Melissa Benoist as the main character and it’s being brought to you by the super team of Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg who have already proved they know how to handle a comic book show with “Arrow” and “The Flash.”
At this point it’s not yet know when the series will air but CBS is expected to announce a time slot next Wednesday.
The cast also includes familiar faces such as Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant and Mehcad Brooks as Jimmy Olsen. We hope to have more news on an official time slot next week. Stay tuned!
