DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” is going to have quite the cast of villains next season. It was announced at San Diego Comic Con that the Legends will be taking on the Legion of Doom which will be comprised of Malcolm Merlyn, Reverse-Flash, Damien Darhk and Captain Cold.
“For season two of Legends, we decided that the perfect antagonist for TV’s first-ever team of Super Heroes would be TV’s first-ever team of Super-Villains, recruited from the ranks of Arrow and The Flash’s deadliest adversaries,” Executive Producer Marc Guggenheim said. “Being huge fans of the Challenge of the Superfriends, we’ve come to call this group our ‘Legion of Doom.’”
It definitely sounds like the Legends are going to have their hands full with villains next season, but luckily they will have some help.
It’s already been confirmed that the Justice Society of America will be a part of season 2 and at Comic Con it was announced that Doctor Mid-Nite, Obsidian and Stargirl will be joining the team. As of right now actors have not been announced for the roles.
