When Oliver Queen and Felicity Smoak first met on “Arrow” it was obvious that the two characters had incredible chemistry. Fans called for Oliver and Felicity to get together, but then when it happened it wasn’t exactly what fans wanted, or expected.
Oliver and Felicity, or Olicity for those who ship, didn’t form a perfect union, but instead they constantly fought and their relationship became a source of drama that the show didn’t need. At the end of “Arrow” season 4 it was clear that Olicity was over, but we never really got to see the fallout.
Soon “Arrow” will fill in the blanks when Oliver and Felicity get together in “Underneath” and we’ll finally found out exactly how they transitioned from lovers back to teammates.
The CW has released the official synopsis for “Underneath” and it reveals that Oliver and Felicity will get trapped in the bunker together.
“OLIVER AND FELICITY ARE TRAPPED — Things get intense when Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) are trapped in the bunker together. Meanwhile, Lyla (guest star Audrey Marie Andreson) and Diggle (David Ramsey) deal with their martial issues. Wendey Stanzler directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Beth Schwartz (#520). Original airdate 5/3/2017.”
“Arrow” will return on April 26th.
