The CW has released the official synopsis for the May 18th episode of “Arrow” titled “Lost in the Flood.” The synopsis reveals that Felicity’s father Noah Kuttler will be assisting Team Arrow in their battle against Damien Darhk. It also teases that something bad is going to be happening the Thea in the episode that comes before it. You can read the official synopsis below.
