With a new season of “Arrow” comes a new set of villains and season 4 is no exception. The Wrap is reporting that J.R. Bourne who’s know for his role on “Teen Wolf” has been cast as Jeremy Tell known as the villain Double Down.
The Wrap describes Double Down as a meta human that can turn his playing card tattoos into deadly weapons. Their report also notes that the character is usually associated with The Flash but it looks like he’ll be making his entrance into the “Arrowverse” via Starling City. Look for the villain to make an appearance in the third episode of season 4.
“Arrow” will return on the CW on October 7th.
