Fans have been waiting a long time to see The Flash make an appearance on “Supergirl” but the wait is almost over. The highly anticipated crossover episode titled “Worlds Finest” premieres on CBS next week and DC has released a new video show behind the scenes footage with the cast and crew.
In the video Melissa Benoist and Grant Gustin gush over how much fun they had making the crossover. They also talk about Barry’s chemistry with Kara and we get to see a few new clips of The Flash and Supergirl in action. Check it out below.
At one point in the video Grant Gustin mentions how this crossover makes the universe bigger. He also noted in recent interview that possible crossovers between Supergirl and the rest of the Arrowverse might become a thing sooner rather than later.
“That’s in the cards at this point,” Gustin told Entertainment Weekly. “The whole point of us doing this crossover is setting up the fact that maybe next year we can cross over all of them.”
“Worlds Finest” is set to air on CBS Monday, March 28 at 8pm EST.
