This fall Fox will be premiering a new show called “Lucifer” based on a character created by Neil Gaiman. The show is based around the devil who gets sick and tired of Hell and decides to take up shop in Los Angeles. In the show Lucifer will team up with the L.A.P.D. to help them solve crimes by using his demonic powers.
The concept actually sounds pretty terrible when you read it but judging from the trailer the show is not bashful about being ridiculous. The concept is a little cheesy but the show seems self aware which makes it actually look kind of entertaining.
