Ever since Barry Allen tried to restore the timeline, he’s had to deal with Julian Albert. In the current timeline Julian Albert was a fellow CSI who Barry worked with at the CCPD, but the two are no longer co-workers.
After Caitlyn snow went on a rampage as Killer Frost and kidnapped Julian, Barry asked him not to tell anyone about Caitlyn’s powers. Julian agreed, on the condition that Barry Allen resign from his position at the CCPD, and a deal was made.
It was later revealed that Julian Albert isn’t just Julian Albert, he’s also Dr. Alchemy, and he’s working with Savitar.
In the latest clip from tonight’s episode titled “The Present” Barry Allen has a tense conversation with Julian Albert as he questions him about the Philosopher’s Stone. Barry asks Julian to tell him everything he knows about the stone, and he also tells him that if he does he will never hear from him again. You can see how the conversation goes in the clip below.
