Emily Bett Rickards who plays Felicity Smoak on the hit show “Arrow” decided to go all anime for Halloween over the weekend. Rickards decided to dress up as Sailor Moon but here costume was nothing compared to her boyfriend Colton Haynes, who once played Roy Harper on “Arrow” because he dressed up as Ursula from “The Little Mermaid.”
