DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” joined the “Arrowverse” midseason last year, and the first season of the show was limited to only 13 episodes. But the second season is going to be a little bit longer than the first.
Deadline is reporting that the CW has ordered four additional episodes of DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” which will bring season 2 to a total of 17 episodes. The show has been a welcome addition to the “Arrowverse” and it seems to have found an audience because it’s currently averaging 2.3 million viewers per episode.
The new season kicked off in October, and so far it’s been laying the groundwork for what’s to come. Damien Darhk and Reverse-Flash have been traveling through time, and eventually they will form a group of super-villains called the Legion of Doom.
The Legion of Doom will consist of Damien Darhk, Reverse-Flash, Malcolm Merlyn, and former Legends member Captain Cold. It sounds like the Legends will have their hands full when the group finally gets together.
DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” returns this week with “Compromised.”
