“Arrow” is set to return this week with “Human Target” and when it does, Team Arrow will be down one member.
Last week Team Arrow faced off against Tobias Church while Oliver was breaking Diggle out of prison, and Wild Dog was captured. To get him back Oliver will be turning to Christopher Chance, aka Human Target for help.

Meanwhile, Felicity’s (Emily Bett Rickards) worlds collide when Detective Malone (guest star Tyler Ritter) joins the ACU.
