Melissa Benoist has been flying across TV screens as Supergirl for almost a year now, and the character will be making the move from CBS to the CW this fall.
It was announced a few months ago that “Wonder Woman” actress Lynda Carter would be playing the President of the United States in the upcoming season, and she’s expected to be a recurring character.
Lynda Carter and Melissa Benoist got together recently on the set of “Supergirl” and they documented their encounter with a photo.
It’s unknown at this point if these two just happened to cross paths, or if they were actually filming a scene together. But Melissa Benoist shared the picture on Instagram and it is a sight to behold.
“Supergirl” season 2 is set to premiere on the CW on Monday, October 10th.
