Fans have been up in arms ever since it was announced that Ezra Miller would be playing Barry Allen on the big screen instead of Grant Gustin. DC has made it clear that their television and film universes are two separate things, but some fans are still having a tough time accepting that approach.
Loyal fans of “The Flash” haven’t been taking the news of Ezra Miller’s casting very well. They’ve been sending Grant Gustin tweets telling him how much they would have loved to see him play the character on the big screen. Grant liked a few of those tweets and apparently some people took that gesture the wrong way. Grant addressed the situation via Twitter and you can see what he had to say below.
