“Justice League” finally hit theaters a few days ago, and fans are now soaking up the film and forming their own opinions on it. “Justice League” is only 2 hours long, and it looks like there were a few scenes that were left on the cutting room floor.
Originally it was planned that Kiersey Clemons would be making her DCEU debut as Iris West in the film, but apparently her scene was one of the ones that didn’t make the final cut of the movie.
Fans did get to learn a little bit about Barry Allen’s backstory in the movie, but there was no mention of Iris at all.
However, a scene featuring Iris has now surfaced online.
The deleted scene shows Ezra Miller’s Barry Allen standing in a store as Iris West’s car flips over outside. He then breaks through a glass window, and places her gently on the ground before her car explodes. Check it out below.
It’s too bad that this scene didn’t make the final cut, as it shows some cool footage of The Flash using his powers, but it’s understandable as “Justice League” already had the responsibility of familiarizing viewers with several new characters.
“Justice League” is in theaters now.
