The CW’s DC shows are getting ready to wrap things up until next season, and the CW has released the official synopsis for the “Arrow” season 5 finale and the “Supergirl” season 2 finale.
Now the official synopsis for “The Flash” season 3 finale has been released as well, but unfortunately it doesn’t say much.
“SEASON FINALE – With nothing left to lose, Barry (Grant Gustin) takes on Savitar in an epic conclusion to season three. David McWhirter directed the episode written by Aaron Helbing & Todd Helbing (#323). Original airdate 5/23/2017.”
Although the synopsis doesn’t give us much to go on, fans can still expect some big game changing moments in the finale, as TV Line recently revealed that the season will end on a big cliffhanger.
“After discovering Savitar’s true identity, Team Flash prepares for a final, epic battle with the God of Speed… while struggling with a major setback. Expect a season-ending cliffhanger that will leave viewers — and the heroes — questioning how they will move forward in Season 4.”
“The Flash” will return next week with “Cause And Effect.”
