The epic four way “Arrowverse” crossover is set to kick off next week, and the 100th episode of “Arrow” is also set to be part of the crossover. In the 100th episode, Oliver Queen will wake up to a life where he never boarded the Queen’s Gambit. In the episode Oliver’s parents will still be alive, and he’ll be getting ready to marry Laurel Lance.
The episode will feature an interesting take on some of the “Arrowverse” characters we’ve all become familiar with over the years, and according to Stephen Amell, it will be a “radical departure.”
“It is such a radical departure from anything that we have ever done on the show,” star Stephen Amell told TVLine. “We utilize the fantastical elements that we bring in on The Flash and carry through to Legends of Tomorrow with the present-day storyline to create something… that is not a flashback [or] a flash-forward. It’s something else entirely.”
Although Oliver will wake up to the perfect life, he will start to notice imperfections that make him question his reality, but Amell indicated that the episode will be very cathartic for Oliver.
“There [is] a very therapeutic moment for my character towards the end [of the Arrow episode] where I get to say goodbye to people that I never got the chance to say goodbye to,” Amell reveals.
The 100th episode of “Arrow” is set to air on Wednesday, November 30.

Meanwhile, Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and the recruits take on a new threat with help from The Flash (guest star Grant Gustin) and Supergirl (guest star Melissa Benoist).
