Following the season 2 finale of “The Flash” Barry Allen was living in the “Flashpoint” universe, and he was taking it easy while he let a different Flash do all the heavy lifting. That other Flash turned out to be Wally West, and in the season premiere Barry teamed up with Wally, but Wally was wounded by the rival, so, Barry decided it was time to put an end to Flashpoint.
Barry tried to correct the timeline, and when he returned to the world he once knew, Wally West no longer had powers. But in the upcoming episode “Shade” Wally West will have visions of his “Flashpoint” life.
WALLY HAS VISIONS OF BEING KID FLASH — When Wally (Keiynan Lonsdale) starts having dreams about being Kid Flash, Barry (Grant Gustin) realizes he has to tell Wally, Iris (Candice Patton) and Joe (Jesse L. Martin) about what happened to Wally in Flashpoint in order to keep him safe. JJ Makaro directed the episode written by Emily Silver & David Kob.
