One thing most people agreed on coming out of “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” was that they loved Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman. The good news is we’ll be getting more of her in the future, and we’ll be getting it sooner than we expected.

The release date for the upcoming “Wonder Woman” film directed by Patty Jenkins will now be June 2, 2017 as opposed to the original release date of June 23, 2017. The change in release date moves “Wonder Woman” away from “Transformers 5” which is opening on June 23. The film will now share a release date with “Bad Boys 3.”

The Hollywood Reporter also broke the news that DC has added some new films to their release schedule. Two more untitled DC films are set to be released on Oct. 5, 2018 and Nov. 1, 2019. Warner Bros. has also locked down October 6, 2017 for an untitled “event” film. You can check out the updated release schedule below.
