For many, many years there’s been a huge rivalry between “Star Wars” fans and “Star Trek” fans. William Shatner himself who originally played Captain Kirk still to this day likes to add fuel to the fire that is the Wars/Trek rivalry. But wouldn’t it be better if we could all just get along?
That’s what Zenlike Productions was thinking when they created this epic mashup that they call “Trek Wars: The Darkness Awakens.” The trailer mashes up footage from the two most recent “Star Trek” films with footage from “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” and it’s a star-nerd’s dream come true.
The two universes tie into each other with ease and it’s a joy to watch. Check it out above.
