Nyssa Al Ghul Returning To Arrow In Episode That Will Change The Show Forever

Nyssa al Ghul was on Lian Yu when the island exploded in the season 5 finale, and we haven’t seen her since. But it seems that she is indeed alive because it’s been confirmed that Katrina Law will be reprising her role in an upcoming episode.

Executive producers Marc Guggenheim and Wendy Mericle confirmed to Variety that Law will be returning for a single episode, and they teased that the episode will change the series forever.

“In an unforgettable episode that will change ‘Arrow‘ forever, Katrina Law returns as the Daughter of the Demon, Nyssa Al Ghul. Nyssa comes to Star City to warn of an impending danger that will threaten everything we know and love.”

Right now Team Arrow is split in half, and both sides are trying to take down Cayden James and his crew. It’s hard to imagine how things could get much worse for Star City, but it looks like we’ll be finding out when Nyssa returns in episode 16 of season 6, which is titled “The Thanatos Guild.”

“Arrow” will return tonight with “We Fall.”

WILLIAM LANDS IN CAYDEN JAMES’ CROSSHAIRS – Cayden James (guest star Michael Emerson) ups the ante by launching his plan to take control of every aspect of the city. Despite the scope of Cayden’s plan, Oliver (Stephen Amell) is determined to foil it with just the Original Team Arrow – and without the aid of Rene (Rick Gonzalez), Dinah (Juliana Harkavy), or Curtis (Echo Kellum). But things get complicated when William (guest star Jack Moore) is endangered as a result of Cayden’s handiwork. Wendey Stanzler directed the episode written by Speed Weed & Spiro Skentzos (#611).
