Two videos recently appeared on Vimeo showing two actors reading for the part of ‘Simon’ on “Arrow.” When you take a minute to listen to the videos however, it quickly becomes apparent that this ‘Simon’ is actually Damien Darhk who has already been confirmed to be the big bad of “Arrow” season 4.
Damien was mentioned by Ra’s al Ghul towards the end of season 3 as Ra’s told Oliver that Damien once had hopes of becoming the next Ra’s al Ghul himself. Oliver also came into contact with what appeared to be someone working for Damien Darhk in the season 3 finale.
The two videos both begin with Damien having a conversation with Oliver Queen which is then followed by a conversation with an unknown character.
