New Night And Time Confirmed For DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow

The “Arrowverse” midseason finales aired on the CW this week, and now all four shows are currently on break. A few weeks ago when the network announced dates for the midseason premieres, fans noticed that “Black Lightning” had taken over the time slot previously set for DC’s “Legends of Tomorrow” and a premiere date for “Legends” was not announced.

It’s now been confirmed that “Legends of Tomorrow” will be returning in February, and it will be taking over the “Supergirl” time slot on Monday nights.

“Supergirl” will return to its normal time slot on Monday, January 15 for four weeks, and then “Legends” will take over on Monday nights starting February 12.

“Legends of Tomorrow” will air in the Monday night time slot for nine weeks, while “Supergirl” goes on break, then “Supergirl” will return to Monday nights on April 16 to finish out the season.

The means the season 3 finale for “Legends” will air on April 9, and the season 3 finale for “Supergirl” will air on June 28.

This is a pretty big shakeup for the weekly programming schedule on the CW, but luckily the powers that be have found a way for both “Supergirl” and “Legends” to finish out their respective seasons while adding “Black Lightning” to the mix.
