The Flash Season 3: Dr. Alchemy’s Identity Revealed In “Killer Frost”

Last week on “The Flash” it looked like Team Flash was finally going to take down Dr. Alchemy, but Savitar interfered and screwed everything up. This week’s episode of “The Flash” kicked off with Barry battling Savitar, only it wasn’t much of a battle because Savitar basically destroyed him. Caitlyn and Cisco used their powers to save Barry, and then Savitar got away.

Caitlyn was warned if she used her powers, she would turn evil, and that’s exactly what happened. The episode focused on Caitlyn, whose inner Killer Frost took over, as she went on a rampage trying to find Dr. Alchemy.

She kidnapped Julian Albert, and eventually Barry caught up to them in a warehouse. Barry punched Julian in the face to knock him out, and he tried to convince Caitlyn to let him help her, but she attacked him and ran away.

Eventually Caitlyn tracked down one of Dr. Alchemy’s acolytes, and asked if Dr. Alchemy could take her powers away. He said that Alchemy can do anything, but then he revealed that like him, Alchemy is just another follower of Savitar, and Savitar has big plans for Killer Frost.

Team Flash locked Caitlyn up, but eventually Barry needed her help, so he calmed her down and she became good again. They teamed up to help Wally West who now has speed powers after he was removed from the cocoon he was put in last week.

Barry visited Julian in the hospital, and he asked Julian not to tell anyone that Caitlyn is Killer Frost. Julian agreed, but he told Barry he would have to resign from the CCPD, Barry agreed to the deal.

At the end of the episode Julian was laying in his hospital bed when he heard Savitar’s voice. Savitar told him that he needed him, and at the end of the episode Julian Albert was shown in the CSI office at CCPD, and he unveiled the Dr. Alchemy mask revealing that he’s Dr. Alchemy.
