If you’re a fan of the Arrowverse, then you’ll be happy to know that Supergirl, The Flash, Arrow and Legends of Tomorrow have all be renewed for new seasons. At the TCA Press Tour on Sunday morning CW President Mark Pedowitz announced that the four DC shows will be returning for new seasons and that Supernatural, Jane The Virgin and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend have all been renewed as well.

Although no premiere dates have been set for the new seasons yet, Mark Pedowitz noted in a statement that the early pickups now allow showrunners to plan ahead for the new seasons.

“Over the past several seasons, The CW has built a schedule of proven performers, from our lineup of DC superheroes, to critically acclaimed comedies, to sci-fi dramas,” Pedowitz said. “Early pickups of these seven series now allow our producers to plan ahead for next season, and gives us a solid base to build on for next season, with original scripted series to roll out all year long.”

Fans of the CW’s DC shows certainly shouldn’t be surprised that their four heavy hitters will be returning. The epic four part Invasion! crossover was a big hit in 2016 and the crossover even propelled Legends of Tomorrow to its highest rated episode ever, which hopefully means we’ll be getting an even bigger and better crossover in 2017.

Arrow fans will no doubt be asking questions about the future of the show following this announcement, as season 5 is set to wrap up Oliver’s five year journey from Lian Yu back to Star City, so it should be interesting to see where the show goes in season 6.

Supergirl is set to return on January 23, The Flash and Legends of Tomorrow will return on January 24 and Arrow will return on January 25.
