Barry Allen created a new universe during “The Flash” season 2 finale, and although some of his surroundings will look similar when the show returns for season 3, things will be very different.
The CW has released a new trailer hyping up the season premiere of “The Flash” and it gives us our best look yet at exactly what Barry’s going to be up against when the show returns.
Cisco is the richest man in America, and the owner of Ramon Industries, but apparently the Cisco/Caitlyn team doesn’t exist in this universe, because the new trailer shows Barry kidnapping Caitlyn.
The trailer also shows Barry having a little heart to heart with Wally West, but Wally doesn’t seem to like it very much when Barry calls him Kid Flash.
Barry seems to like the fact that he exists in a universe where there’s another Flash, and he even offers to help Wally West take on the Rival. However, it looks like the team-up will be short lived as the trailer makes it clear that Barry’s memories of his old life are quickly slipping away.
