The very first teaser trailer for Marvel’s “Black Panther” recently dropped and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. Chadwick Boseman made his debut as King T’Challa last year in “Captain America: Civil War” and several new characters will be joining the MCU in “Black Panther.”
Danai Gurira, also known to fans of “The Walking Dead” as Michonne, will be playing Okoye in “Black Panther” and now Deadline is reporting that she’ll also be appearing in “Avengers: Infinity War.”
This certainly isn’t a huge surprise as its long been rumored that “Avengers: Infinity War” will be loaded with a massive amount of MCU characters, so it should be interesting to see who else shows up in the film.
“Avengers: Infinity War” will hit theaters on May 4, 2018.
After the events of Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War, King T’Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country’s new leader. However, T’Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakanadan special forces, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war.
