Avengers: Age Of Ultron Is The Fifth Film In History To Top $900 Million At The Box Office

“Avengers: Age of Ultron” was a massive undertaking for everyone involved but clearly it was worth it. The movie has become the fifth film in history to pass the $900 million mark at the box office since opening last month.

The film is currently trailing “Avatar” which made $2 billion, “Titanic” with $1.5 billion, “Furious 7″ with a hefty $1.15 billion and last but not least, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2″ which raked in $960 million.

Those are some impressive numbers all around and it wouldn’t be surprising to see “Avengers: Age of Ultron” knock off “Harry Potter” and “Furious 7” as the film still has yet to open in Japan.

It looks like this sequel has more power at the box office than a meteor filled with vibranium.
